EC English
EC English Schools, which ran year-round English schools in seven countries for over thirty years, announced on 18 September 2026 that it was closing and entering a winding-up process after failing to secure new investment. Its schools in London, Cambridge, Brighton and Manchester were affected, with English UK's emergency scheme placing students elsewhere.
