International House
A network of over 150 independently owned language schools in more than fifty countries, affiliated through IH World and inspected against shared standards. Each school hires its own teachers, so the same brand can mean very different pay and conditions from one city to the next.
tesoly has seen 12 of their adverts since 13 September 2026, on Adzuna, TEFL.com, International House jobs, and 9 are live now.

- EL Gazette UK language centre rankings: score 9.0 (Centre of Excellence) (2026) · International House Torquay · source ↗

Accreditation means an inspection body has checked the centre against published standards; a ranking score is derived from those inspections. Neither is a review of what it is like to work there.
What to know before applying
- Schools post on the IH World jobs board and on the general boards under their own names, such as IH Prague or IH Cordoba. tesoly gathers all of them here. Most ask for a CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL.
- None of their live adverts states a salary. Ask for the figure, and for what is deducted, before an interview.
- Housing is included in 1 of 9 live adverts. Check whether it is a flat or an allowance, and whether utilities and deposit are covered.
- Every listing below links to the original advert. tesoly never handles applications and is not paid by this employer.
